100 Days in A Year:
This project was aimed at exploring my music composing and video work by striving for a daily composing session to start, edit and complete within a few days and then share with my followers on social media. I journaled on my process, learning new instruments and techniques along the way. My approach to video evolved as my skills improved in Premier understanding and achieving the aesthetics I discovered in years prior through programs like Jitter and Touch Designer. Most of the music is off of any quantized grid and I took a very basic, manual edit progress in Premier. Although it was inefficient, it was a good workflow for me. Like shooting with film, something I do often, it slowed me down and I fell deeper into the process. I was more present and experienced the meaningful, impactful art creation experience I knew I needed at the time.
